I come across A LOT of people who are experiencing some VERY challenging situations in life. They are hurting and sometimes just need a few words of encouragement to get them going in the right direction. Do you know anyone that is facing a tribulation? Have you ever been down and out before and just simply wanted a few words of encouragement?
If you are a human being, you have definitely seen some days that strike painful memories. Whether it is a loss of a close friend or family member, loss of a job, divorce, financial devastation, etc. Lets face it, we ALL have gone through some experiences in life that were not too pleasant. Some of you may be going through this heartache RIGHT NOW!
I bring this sensitive subject up because I would like to remind us all that the way we conduct ourselves ALSO affects the people around us. We do NOT know what the next person is facing or enduring at the current moment, so it’s important to remind ourselves that. Sometimes people can frustrate us and really get us worked up, but it’s NOT ALWAYS a personal thing directed to you. They could be internalizing something else and expressing it through their “not-so-pleasant” attitude.
I hear people say ALL the time that they are “misunderstood”. I believe we are ALL misunderstood to some degree because we naturally are private about certain things going on in our lives. Sometimes we close people off and shut down any interaction with the people we love. Sometimes they are the ones we hurt the most…
So my question is, should YOU do this?
Shouldn’t we at least TRY to be nice in our encounters with other people? Even if they are rude. We have a choice to simply walk away and not make the situation worse. I am not saying to allow people to toss all their garbage on you or mistreat you in any way be abusive, I am simply stating that we can at least be a little more understanding. WE all have “bad days” and take out our anger on the wrong people (sometimes unknowingly).
Anyway, my challenge for you today is to be NICE to everyone that comes in contact with you. Give it a try and see how much different you feel. I promise, it will NOT be easy at first, but it is definitely worth a shot!
Let me know you experiences!

I remember hearing that patience is a virtue and I never understood what that even meant.
As I got older, I started to see why it is labeled as such.
According to Wikipedia,
“A virtue is a positive trait or quality deemed to be morally good and thus is valued as a foundation of principle and good moral being.”
My patience grew over the past 4 months of blogging.
I say that because I was taking on a HUGE learning curve when it came to figuring out all the technical aspects of building a website. Aside from quality content, I wanted to provide a very user-friendly experience for my audience.
In the last quarter of 2014, I have been in the process of creating the BEST BLOG EVER!
This has been a long time coming…and honestly, there are still a bunch of changes to be made, but the wait is over! Things have FINALLY come together on the technical side and I am releasing to the public, WisdomMiners 2.0
Same great content…fresh NEW LOOK & a much GREATER experience for YOU!
