Which One Do You Choose to Be? [BIG DIFFERENCE]
You experience this everyday, but which one do you choose to be?
I came across an enlightening quote that I want to share with you, but before I do that, I wanted to take the time out and thank everyone who has supported this blog and my efforts to deliver the highest quality content possible.
The feedback I have been receiving about my material, has been overwhelmingly humbling. This has been an amazing journey and I appreciate everyone who reads, comments, and shares as my mission is to spread the good word; and I couldn’t do it without you! Thanks!!!
So going back to the topic at hand, here is the quote I want you to think about:
“Passionate hearts committed to a shared vision can accomplish the impossible.” -Unknown
So are you a passionate team player or are you simply on the sidelines (on a team), but not fully participating?
I believe we are ALL on a team in some form or shape. Whether its your family, your significant other, job, volunteering, church, school, sports, etc.
It’s a matter of realizing 3 things:
1. What team we are on
2. What role are we playing
3. What’s the overall goal/vision
I truly think that a HUGE “difference-maker” in our lives is who we choose to be on ANY team. Have you ever realized that if events are taking place there are always the same people leading the project? Leaders always somehow find a way to take control of any situation and play their part.
Once you figure out what team you are on and what your role is, now comes the FUN part! Become absolutely passionate about your role, as each individual role is important!
When we ALL know our roles and are ALL contributing to the overall goal/vision, we really CAN achieve the IMPOSSIBLE!
You ARE a part of a team (regardless what team that is)…will you be a valued team player or taking up space watching others do all the work?
Which one do you choose to be?
If I know my audience well enough, you are a team player and more than likely a LEADER! You choose to be a winner. You choose to take control of your life in an effort to help the greater good. You are a valued team player. You are a difference-maker! You will assist in achieving the IMPOSSIBLE!
If you feel someone on YOUR team needs to hear this, please share! As this is all a contribution to helping others become the BEST versions of themselves.
